We understand that the outfit you buy from us is very precious for you and it is equally important for us. We do 25 point Quality Check (QC) before shipping out the outfit which includes checking each and every measurement along with specification of outfit given by you. We also check for, accuracy of the color, quality of fabric, embroidery and trims.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR CUSTOMIZATION?
Customisation of color of the outfit and small styling of the blouse etc is done at no additional cost. Usually we try to accommodate other similar customisation requirements at nominal charges, the additional cost for any specific customisation is confirmed to you before hand

Yes we can work on the request of change of color of the outfit. However, we feel that some of our designs may look good in certain shades only. While most of our products are delivered in a time frame of 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your order and customisation requirements the time frame may vary. For customised outfits, we share with you an estimated time for delivery to help you plan better.

We are based in Mumbai, India and all the garments are made sustainably and locally in Mumbai by our talented craftsmen in our workshop located in Chembur, Mumbai
ARE YOUR GARMENTS MANUFACTURED ETHICALLY?
We source all our raw materials including fabric, trims, borders, tassels etc locally that are produced by our suppliers who are small business giving employment to a large working population of the country.
We promote hand craftsmanship for our embroidery process, dyeing process to keep the art sustainably alive in our talented craftsmen. We have a fair wage policy and we believe in creating sustainable livelihood for our team. Our production processes are designed to ensure that we have minimal waste and we recycle the left overs to create beautiful products like potlis, belts, trims, tassels etc.
ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
All our products are handcrafted and aesthetically designed. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard / natural lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your computer monitor / mobile screen and the actual product.
DO YOU KEEP MARGINS IN THE CLOTHING FOR FUTURE ALTERNATIONS?
For all our orders, we usually keep a 4 inch (10 cm) margin. We make our best effort to make the outfits accurate to the measurements provided and hence the need for alternation is minimal. However in future should you need alterations, you have the flexibility to get it altered because of the margins maintained.
